SUST4IN joins the SASB Consultant Content Program
February 12, 2021. SUST4IN, experts on sustainability, has joined the SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) Consultant Content Program. The program is designed to help consultancies provide their clients with up-to-date information about SASB and the role the organization plays within the broader ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) disclosure ecosystem. The new collaboration extends and formalizes SUST4IN’s collaboration with SASB that began in 2014 with the revision of standards and other activities.
SASB, founded in 2011, connects companies and investors about the financial impacts of sustainability. Its 77 standards are used around the world to identify, manage and communicate sustainability information to investors.
“We are pleased to welcome SUST4IN to the SASB Consultant Content Program. By joining the program, SUST4IN can stay up-to-date on trends regarding the update and use of SASB standards and on the consolidation efforts of the ESG disclosure ecosystem”, has said Neil Stewart, Director of Corporate Engagement at SASB and CPP leader. “It is an honor for us to be part of the CCP, expanding our collaboration with SASB that began in 2014, which I am sure will improve our work of disclosure, training and support to investors and companies interested in effectively understanding and using SASB standards”, has said Marcio Viegas, Founder and CEO of SUST4IN.
In addition, SUST4IN organizes the 6th International Conference on “Non Financial” Reporting (Event in Spanish) on 23rd February with the participations of SASB, BlackRock, PRI and other organizations. The event will explore the visions and experiences of different market players, emphasizing the use of SASB standards as a tool to focus the conversation on ESG issues central to the creation – or destruction – of business value.
